Stage 1

RSVP By Feb 28th

Our RSVP system for 2025 is not yet finalized.  Our RSVP's will include:
-Your current student and leader headcount
-Confirming that you have booked your rooms with rooming lists
-A list of leaders to confirm that they have completed the Ministry Safe Training
-A list of food allergies
-Maybe T-shirt sizes

Changes to your attendance after RSVPing are normal.  Adding or subtracting 1-5 students doesn't need to be reported until March 27th.  Changes to allergies and leader attending should be added immediately.

Please do whatever you can to get student commitments in February!

Stage 2

Confirm By Mar 27th

Update your expected attendance the day before the conference so we can prepare our registration table!

Stage 3

Check-In Mar 28th

Turn in your Medical/Media Waiver when you check in on Friday night.

To guarantee room availability and rates, you must book rooms by February 28th, 2025 and have a rooming list ready.  Rooming lists may be updated at check-in.
