Stage 1

Register By March 31st

Register on Eventbrite with your most accurate headcount.  Each church registers as one “ticket,” and you add your expected student and leader numbers as “add ons.”  This is also where you tell us about any dietary needs your group has.

I recommend booking your hotel room at this time.  You will need to have a rooming list ready.

Stage 2

Confirm By April 18th

Update your Eventbrite registration to reflect any changes to your student and leader headcount.

Stage 3

Check-In April 19th

Turn in your Medical/Media Waiver when you check in on Friday night.

We will give you an invoice for $90/student and $20/leader to be paid by check to:

For your convenience, we have a hotel block setup in Fargo. Using this hotel is not required, but is highly recommended. Rooming lists must be turned in by April 5th, and booking in March or earlier is highly recommended.
