2026 Jerrod Gunter
Jerrod Gunter has a heart for developing and equipping youth in every phase of life. With more than 10 years of youth ministry experience, Jerrod has challenged students to make Jesus the priority in their lives. He has started a movement, labeling teens “Riotstarters”, that has shown them how to create a culture of prayer and evangelism in their schools and communities. Because of this bold vision, hundreds of students have made a decision to follow Jesus.
He has shared his passion for youth ministry with organizations such as Google, Impact360, Stuff You Can Use,Center for Youth Ministry Training (Nashville) and Dare 2 Share Ministries. His new book, Riotstarter, discusses how to create a counter-cultural movement of prayer to transform cities for Jesus Christ.
The Lakeland, Florida native earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2001 from Tusculum College in Greenville, Tennessee. He earned a Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy in 2008 from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
He is happily married to Lakeicha, and they are the proud parents of Dezmon, Ariana, Miah and Jalen.
2026 Rachelle Hope
Rachelle’s desire to sing started very young and started in her local church; however, it wasn’t until the teen years that she would begin singing and playing piano on a regular basis as well as writing her own songs.
From singing in a rock band, to performing solo, to playing and singing on several worship teams, she continues to share her faith through word and song by leading worship as opportunities arise.
Mission trips and outreaches have also been a large part of her life since she was young and she continues to reach all areas of the world as God leads. Through her gift in music and sharing her personal testimony, she strives to blend her heart for God & missions with her musical abilities.
Rachelle has spoken at several youth outreaches, women’s conferences, etc. on purity and has a desire to encourage young girls to walk out their faith. 1 Timothy 4:12
Since marrying her high school sweetheart, Josh & Rachelle desire to serve in ministry together along with their 3 daughters as God guides them. They have a passion for reaching the lost, ministering to young people and challenging them to be servants for Jesus. Rachelle currently works alongside her husband at LifeLight, a ministry that proclaims the Gospel of Jesus Christ taking the Church outside the walls, with music being one of their most powerful tools.

Our breaks are times for you to process what we've learned as churches or small groups, share a meal, and access the recreation center! Discussion guides will be available for leaders.
The recreation center is a chance for students to connect with their friends, and make new ones from around the region! We'll have 9-Square in the Air, Gaga ball, and more!
Also during breaks is Prayer Moves. Prayer Moves is a chance for anyone interested to take time to quiet our hearts and pray together - for the conference, for our churches, and for our communities.
